Dalam kesempatan berharga ini, mahasiswa diajak memahami bagaimana transformasi digital telah mengubah wajah bisnis ritel lokal — dari strategi pemasaran digital, pemanfaatan teknologi, hingga tantangan UMKM di era serba online.

Melalui pengalaman nyata dan wawasan yang mendalam, Pak Roy membuka wawasan mahasiswa untuk lebih siap menghadapi dunia industri yang terus berubah.
